EXPEDITION’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND REFUND


RULES FOR THE PRESENTATION OF TESTIMONY

Phase 01: Up to 30 business days after the EXPEDITION

You must have made at least one bid or purchased a tax deed during the challenge.

Even if you cannot complete the entire purchase process during the challenge, you must have placed at least one bid (if applicable) during the challenge period and submitted the refund form within 30 business days after the challenge.

After submitting your proof, you must wait for the county’s response.

If the county accepts your offer after the 30-business-day deadline, you will still be eligible for a refund.

Bids not accepted by the county will not qualify for refunds.

Bids submitted after the deadline (30 business days) will not be eligible for refunds.

Phase 02: After the county accepts your offer

If you have successfully completed the process and your offer is

ACCEPTED

by the county, you must send us your receipts to the following email:

Required evidence includes:

Proof that your offer was ACCEPTED by the county.

Proof of PAYMENT of your bid.

Your testimonial video recorded HORIZONTALLY, following all provided guidelines.

Your testimonial will be reviewed for approval.

The video must include:

Your name.

Where you live.

A summary of your journey and experience during the challenge.

By submitting the video, you agree to allow us to use it for commercial purposes and marketing campaigns.

Phase 03: Reimbursement

Our team must approve your testimonial before processing your refund.

Refunds will not be issued for bids that are not accepted by the county or for submissions made after the deadline.

Refunds will only be processed after review and approval of your submission, which must include the offer, acceptance, payment receipts, and testimonial video.

TIPS FOR RECORDING A GOOD TESTIMONIAL

Record your video horizontally.

Do not record with light behind you; face a good light source or window.

Be concise and go straight to the point. Do not exceed 3 minutes.

If you face difficulties, ask a family member to help you record and submit the video.

Access to Content

Recordings and class access will be automatically removed after 30 days unless the member chooses to purchase a membership.

Liability for Downloaded Content

The Deed Hunter is not responsible for viruses or other technical issues that may arise when downloading content provided as part of the membership. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate security measures in place.

Use of Name and Trademark

Participants are strictly prohibited from using the Deed Hunter’s name or brand to represent or sell their own products or services.

Rights to Content

Participants may not derive monetary benefits from resources provided by the Deed Hunter. This includes selling or distributing content to third parties.

Investment Responsibility

The Deed Hunter provides education and guidance in the specific subject matter of our classes and content. However:

We are not responsible for any investments or financial decisions made by participants.

Each participant is fully responsible for their investments, actions, and financial results.

The Deed Hunter makes no guarantees regarding financial results and assumes no liability for student investments.

Modifications to the Terms

The Deed Hunter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members and will become effective upon notification.

Compliance with Terms

By purchasing the Challenge, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Any violation may result in membership cancellation without refund or potential legal action.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising in connection with membership will be resolved under applicable Puerto Rican law.
